Novel investment in place of an existing office building from 60s to Solec Street opens new functions in close neighbourhood to Warsaw’s Vistulan Boulevards. Ground floor opens to public with commercial premises surrounded by greenery which replace existing parking.
Right above them cantilever two masses of student housing units, complemented by dedicated common amenities.
This redevelopment corresponds with building’s original design by putting an emphasis to it’s modernistic character. Contrasting play of vertical and horizontal lines continues throughout entire complex, from overall composition up to close detail. The main accent goes to a landmark tower – striped with horizontal windows it is overlooking the east panorama of Vistula River.
