Great importance is attached to the quality of common spaces in the four-star shopping center. The solutions implemented must be primarily comfortable and functional, durable and easy to maintain, but they must also be captivating and attractive – this is one of the distinguishing elements among other facilities with similar functions. It's no wonder, then, that the toilets and the corridors leading to them were designed with such grandeur.
Elegant spaces were created, in bright colors, with great attention to the quality of materials. A number of elements used in the project were developed as prototypes dedicated to this implementation (illuminated ceiling panels with perforations inspired by light penetrating through tree canopies, wall panels with prints, or greenery display cases).
Grupa 5 Architects (with lead architects Małgorzata Borys, Renata Pieńkowska, and Piotr Pieńkowski) coordinated the design work of the entire interdisciplinary team and provided author supervision during the continuous operation of the Center.
