A five-story apartment building, designed near Łazienkowski Park amidst pre-war residential buildings, serves as an addition to the southern side of Lądowa Street.
The apartments, ranging from 50 to 150 square meters, are arranged in a corner layout around the central vertical communication core. Above the entrance area, a partially glazed bay window is provided, containing balconies and winter gardens.
