The completed complex of residential buildings is located on a plot situated at the corner of Idzikowskiego and Czerniakowska streets in Warsaw. The shape and layout of the building complex result from the analysis of sunlight conditions on the plot and the aim to achieve optimal relationships with neighboring developments, as well as efforts to preserve the maximum number of existing trees. The gable walls facing Czerniakowska and Idzikowskiego streets form a coherent acoustic and visual barrier, separating the residential area from the bustling traffic route.
