The redevelopment and extension of the SIG Higher School of Menagement which was located in three Praga tenement blocks required a number of different additional features to be fitted into cramped surroundings of listed buildings. These included teaching rooms, a swimming pool, a sports hall and the institution's reception area. The square which we designed in front of the building was intended to raise the prestige of the establishment and make for new relations with the nearby church.
One of the design specification was to arrange the various features of the building in such a way as to optimally tie in with their functions and allow the best possible access to the maximum and incorporates economic means of doing so.
