The project includes : a 100 bed hospital, a diagnostic clinic, a rehabilitation centre and a 200 room 4 star hotel, and a retail component with shops and a 2000m2 supermarket all totaling more than
30 000m2.
The whole complex is to cater to exclusive guests from the Baltic Republics and Central, Northern Europe, and beyond.
The hospital is to be a specialized medical facility whitch contains Orthopaedics, Surgery and Neurology. The rehabilitation centre has quite a an extended program, which includes all kinds of water treatments, mud baths, saunas, etc.
The whole complex should therefore be integrated not only through the high standard of building finishes as well enviroment and spatial arrangement.
It shall create distinctive internal
( atrium ) as well as external
( gardens )public spaces with amenties shared by clients of the hotel, rehabilitation clinic and hospital, like retail, restaurants, pharmacy, offices, shops.
The complex is to be located on a picturesque treed plateau above the historic centre of Vilnius.
