The modernisation and redevelopment of the "Łowicka" educational and Cultural Center involved extending the theatre hall, the ballet hall, the office areas and other auxiliary areas.
The entrance area of the building underwent a complete rehaul as part of the project, including the addition of a ramp for wheelchairs. The facade and construction of the southern face of the building were also transformed.
The new theatre hall also enjoys added flexibility thanks to the possibility of being readily divided by a sliding partition wall.
