Grupa 5 has worked with the lead architect Erick van Egeraat Associated Architects from the concept through building permit to execution phase as the local architect.
The scope of work also included on-site technical management and quality supervision (architecture, structural and M&E) of the works during construction.
The building represents the client's emphasis on the high quality of the architecture and standards. The design incorporates many advanced, innovative and energy-efficient technologies.
