Two adjacent upscale housing quarters designed by Grupa 5 are one of the first buildings built in the Miasteczko Wilanow area, which is a continuation of the historical Wilanow palace axis.
The northern building is located on Klimczaka street, which leads towards the baroque palace.In this presigious neighbourhood the building offers finished with a selection of natural stone. The facades are couered with glass, elegant black granite and Radkow sandstone, which has great physical qualitie and an interesting texture.
The front of the building pays respect to the historical context by the use of natural stone, its colour and partition.
On the other hand the courtyard has a modern character.
Appartments have vast terraces opening towards the open Wilanow countryside.
Facades are finished with exotic wood.The last floor is occupied by eight luxury penthouses and private green tarraces.
