This house was constructed in the oldest part of Młociny on Wazów street which features pre-war villas with four sided roofs reminiscent of the architecture of Polish manor houses.
The building was designed in a modernist style but its shape alludes to its surroundings. The roof is four sided, though invisible from close up because it is obscured by a large horizontal cornice. The facade of the upper floor of the building is set back and covered in wood.
The ground floor of the building features a kitchen, dining room and two floored sitting room. The upper floor includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room which can be converted to a further bedroom.
