The form and footprint of the building is a result, to a large extent, of the sun operation angles and an attempt to harmonise the building with the surrounding context.
The form is divided into a more representative 8-storey bulk fronting Leszczyńska Street and two lower 5 and 7-storey perpendicular wings enclosing a clearly legible courtyard open to the south. The expression of the front facade is to be one bespeaking a character of urban elegance of the whole complex. Noble materials and careful detailing of the facade are employed to this end.
Despite the high density apartments face a pleasant sunny and intimate courtyard with children's playground and enclosed private gardens belongings to the ground floor apartments.
The imposing scale of the front facades is reducing by breaking it up into a recessed ground floor, a 4 - storey main plinth and a 3- storey recessed top.
