A housing and service complex which comprises seven office and services buildings acting as a noise block for seven appartment blocks, all linked together with a common parking garage which is partly elevated above ground level. The two functions are separated from one another by an access road both to the underground garages and to the rear of the service zones.
The four storey housing buildings, limited in height, and the green areas of the common courtyards which open on the Bródno Canal give emphasis to the cosy and natural character of the complex.
The green courtyards are completed by a recreational and park area on the lower terrace and a public access cycle path and pedestrian pathway along the Canal.
