A U - shaped ground plan with rounded corners and tiered upper levels ( 8 floors from the street side and 6 floors in the back wing ) are the result of complicated sunlight conditions due to shading from a neighboring building. The entrance halls are spacious and the flats are of an apartment genre. A branching tree has been located in the center of the inner court.
The rounded corners and the terraces on the upper floors give a light air to the building and allude to patterns of modern architecture of proven success.
