The design entails the refurbishment and conversion of an existing historically protected post-industrial complex into a mix of modern lofts, soft lofts and new residential buildings.
The existing site is one of the only such intact historical industrial complexes in all of Poland.
The site was originally the Brenner Bros Schneider and Dietmar Aktiongesselschaft Lamp Factory, during the war the Polish resistance produced weapons there, postwar it was a cosmetics factory.
The original design corresponds to the growing group of consumers aspiring to an avant-garde, modern lifestyle and apartments in this area of the City (Praga North), which is becoming a very fashionable destination and cultural enclave.

The lofts shall be created by the full reconstruction of the existing post-industrial factory buildings and structural system, and refurbishment of the extremely valuable historical facades.
