The design won a limited competition held by the investor. The scope of the design included an urban master plan design for a large housing neighbourhood on a 16 hectare plot close to the centre of Warsaw (lower Mokotów) and an architectural concept for the development of two blocks of housing .
The main idea behind the design was to create a residential and retail complex with a clear and unified concept for the creation of public and private spaces.
At the same time, the diversity both in the functional structure and in the shaping of the architecture, greenery and public spaces for individual blocks was intended to avoid the effect of monotony and endlessness while implementing subsequent phases of such a grand investment.
The design was prepared in collaboration with A90 Architekci design office.
