The " Pod Dębem " estate was designed as a close - nit square of housing buildings in the center of Piaseczno. To minimise investment costs, some of the garages were located not underground, but behind the service areas on the ground floor. Above these, level with the first floor, we designed a green court - area or atrium which is to be a closed recreational area available to residents.
The building includes 145 flats ranging from 25m2 to 96m2 ( one-, two - and three - roomed ) .
