A residential building with a services section and underground garages built in the Warsaw Tarchomin district next to green areas along the right bank of the Vistula River. It is designed on a U - shaped template with a friendly court area which opens to the South.
The loggia balconies and terraces of the majority of the 62 flats face the court area where a garden on a geometrical layout is planned.
The ground - level passageways which have the equivalent of two floors in height allow for direct views of surrounding green areas. The front and the ground floor are finished in decorative hard facing - bricks and exotic strains of wood.
