Full design services leading up to the construction of a residential complex (515 apartaments). Built in three phases.
Each of the buildings has a landscaped courtyard opening to the south or west. The design optimised the structural costs. Grupa 5 also designed the public infrastructure including roads and utilities on a greenfield lot.
