The complex which comprises a row of five residential buildings was designed for a narrow plot of land near the Kabacki Forest.
One, two and three roomed flats in a satellite layout, each with a terrace or balcony, were envisaged on three levels. The construction of the buildings and their repetitiveness allowed the investments costs to be kept to a minimum.
Overhangs and other sheltered areas of the facade were finished with water - proofed wood.
