Clien: Ekopark Sp.z o.o.
Design: 2004
Net area: 8669m2
Two housing buildings which will be constructed as phase B2 of the luxurious EkoPark residence in Warsaw.
The designers placed special emphasis on the design of the ground levels of the buildings. The priority consideration was to arrange the lower floors in such a way as to enable the inclusion of tall and moderately tall trees within the squares to soften the scale of the building.
The project sought to individualise the architecture of the complex by artistic arrangement of the facades of the building using natural materials and organic shapes and by including greenery on large areas of the walls.
To make the complex more cosy the building has been divided into three parts by different textures of the fronts. This is reflected also in the internal stairwells which contrast with the external arrangement. This allows the inhabitants to identify better with their own flat and building.
