The upscale building in the new Wilanow district is the southern part of a complex, designed by Grupa 5 made up of two quarters with conecting courtyards.
The southern quarter was designed to swit the clients spec of a mind - upper standard and with the economy and subtle elegance of aesthetic in mind.
The facades are broken up by tripartite entrance and lobby.
The inclusion of Polish sandstone into the mainly stucco facade creates impression of luxury at a relatively low cost.
The top floor is a separate world with large penthouse units and luxuruoous landscaped teracces finished exotic wooden planking.
The cortyard contains a landscaped organized by flowing organic lines of the paths and playgrounds.
