This 12 storey A- class office building is the fourth of four within the Platinium Bis Office Park in the post-industrial area of Mokotow Sluzew, which has become a bustling white collar hub within the last 15 years.
This will be the first building with LEED certification within this complex and one of the first in Poland
The four planned buildings designed by Grupa 5 complete a complex of six buildings situated around a lush green courtyard with a water pool, wooden deck terraceslooking over the water adjacent to a cafeteria for the employees of the complex.
The character of the architecture harmonises with the two existing stainless steel clad buildings with, while keeping the overall budget of the building envelope within a very economical standard.
