Commercial office building with retail on the ground floor. The Grupa 5 design was chosen in a design competition. The building consists of three independent segmentsstanding on a one storey plinth housing office lobbies, retail and restaurants. The exterior facades are stone and glass, whereas the interior facades are glazed.
