The design foresees the construction of 105 000 m2 of speculative offices within five buildings near the main artery of Gdansk Oliwa on a 3,5 hectare plot.
The H-shaped plan allows for the optimum net area to footprint ratio.
The linear façade of the complex along the main street is refelected in the row of old poplars growing along the artery
