The collaboration on the construction and execution project, formed in cooperation with the Dutch firm Erick van Egeraat Associated Architects. Grupa 5 oversees the authorship and investment control over the investment's realization (in all branches) and is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits.

The investor placed particular emphasis on the quality of architecture. The project incorporated many innovative and proprietary solutions. Much attention was paid to integrating the embassy buildings and the ambassador's residence with the landscape – the garden adjacent to the areas located at the foot of Ujazdowski Castle.

The building was equipped with, among other things, air conditioning, cooling, and radiant ceiling heating. The building was selected for publication in '101 Most Interesting Buildings of the Decade,' Agora 2011.
