Office complex STUDIO on Łucka Street in Warsaw. A complex of office buildings with services located in the heart of the city's business center, between two metro stations - Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego. On the ground floor, characteristic "X"-shaped columns were proposed, above which glass towers were designed to house office space (43,000 GLA in total, including 17,600 GLA in the first phase of the investment).
The investment also includes a publicly accessible urban space with rich vegetation and small architecture. The square will provide a long-awaited connection between Prosta and Łucka streets and the revitalized area of the Norblin Factory. Studio will apply for the most important certifications awarded to office spaces: LEED Platinum, WELL, Barrier-Free Facility.
